Jim blew us away from the start. He nailed every hard situation we presented at him and displayed every core competency needed to excel at this job. And since then, he’s done just that - excel.

Jim’s a project manager by day, so he brings a tremendous amount of organization and detail to his DJ approach also, which means his clients feel prepared and without worry. They also feel heard. Jim is a great listener and communicator. Something that transcends any job or situation. He’s such a joy to be around, wherever it is. That’s both because he’s a great communicator, but also because he’s so creative and so much fun.

Jim’s also one of the most dedicated, hard-working individuals on our team. He doesn’t stop at DJing - he helps with anything needed. Running photo booth, enhancements, you name it. Heck, even for the photo shoot with his headshot…he was actually flying back from a work trip and didn’t even land until our photo shoot was almost over. Didn’t stop him! He busted it to our shoot, got dressed on the fly, and got into all the shots he could! That type of dedication is what makes not only us love him, but what makes his clients love him as he delivers the events they dreamt of.
