The passion, commitment, drive, work ethic, personality and character to truly love taking care of people and helping people create incredible experiences that last a lifetime.

We knew when we found Jarquell that we found a diamond in the rough. It wasn’t just that had prior DJ experience. Or that great mic voice he had. Or even his knowledge of musical B-sides. We knew he was going to be great because of his heart, his authenticity, his willingness to do whatever it took. And he’s continued to display that dedication to his clients and this industry.
